Can I get a refund?
The Trial Class is not refundable, so please book a time you can keep. If your coach can't join, we rebook you at no cost. If something comes up on your side, message us on WhatsApp as early as you can.
What should I keep ready?
A quiet spot, headphones if you have them, and one real situation: a pitch, a toast, a negotiation, a hard conversation or a call you keep replaying. Notes are welcome.
What internet and device do I need?
A phone or laptop with a camera and microphone, and a steady connection. We share the class details with you on WhatsApp before your class.
Can my coach help in my language?
The class is in English. Tell our counsellor which languages you are comfortable in, and we will keep that in mind when we match your coach.
Can I choose my coach?
Tell us what matters to you, such as a time, a focus like leading, selling or the stage, or a coach you have heard about. Our team matches you with a coach for your situation and checks availability.
What happens after the class?
Your coach suggests a plan for your goal. Course prices are shared then, on WhatsApp. You decide in your own time, with no sales calls.
